Just try it once hope it helps! No you cannot dodge his Q. Siphoning Strike's damage isn't blocked by Jax's Counter Strike, only the nasus attack part. In the nasus stage of the game executioner basic attack part of it is all the damage. Not blocking it is a very bad mistake, and wasting his Q on a Jax's counter strike is a very bad mistake from a skilled Nasus. E so you dodge his Q I say again.
