A little after I registered to a demo avatrade account I got a call from my account manager, who explained everything to me and cleared some fears and doubts I had. Platform 2 weeks I upgraded to a real account, and again the same account manager called and helped online. I am very happy with the service I got from avatrade. The platform and the trade with them was positive so far and even have great profit from my last trade avafx them. About my complaint of the android app, the app crashes and not able to login, I sent the appcrash report that was automatically generated by the appcrash and asked avatrade about it but they said its INCORRECT, and ask them about explanation but they only rely to their own proofs, they even call me uncooperative when I emailed them hundred times and they said Trading am spamming them, why would I destroy a broker with all my personal information sent to them as a trader? They still question the proofs I sent but they wont acknowledge, as the other reviews said, They are only happy to guide you deposit, because account managers earn commissions. Beware not to trust avatrade, they said they are regulated, but how about my case, its unregulated to not review what I forex and explain to a trader what really happened. Do not trust Avatrade, some websites will tell they are great, because they earn commission. I have to confess — I am a forex addict.
